Through selective investment and restructure, we are excited to announce VINTTRO will be expanding its insurance services proposition to enhance its growing lifestyle brand.
As part of the restructure VINTTRO has bought back shares from shareholders Jonathan Howard and Mark Garnham, and whilst they will no longer be involved in the business, we want to thank them for everything they have done to help build the brand. They are both wonderful people who will always be welcome at Vint-tro.
We welcome our new co-owners and directors David Hayward and Jason Balls, both of whom have over 60 years combined experience in company ownership and re-engineering businesses, to deliver value and high quality service to customers.
As part of this expansion, we have successfully secured the Intellectual Property rights of woop which was a UK based company with over 13 years experience operating in the niche motor insurance sector.
David Hayward said, ”We are delighted to secure the Woop brand as part of the VINTTRO family. Having the two brands operating under the same group, allows us to grow our presence not only within the motor insurance, claims and legal sectors but also the lifestyle arena too.”
Jason Balls said, “We will combine our insurance expertise with market leadership and brand strategy development. We are focused on providing a wider range of professional services that deliver enhanced customer experience, starting early 2024.
Vint-tro’s CEO, Simon Bennett said, “This restructure has been in the making for sometime and with the two brands working seamlessly beside each other, this creates an exciting opportunity and capability to quickly build on our collaborative service solutions. With new clients already won in anticipation of the strength of our customer value proposition, this is a really exciting time.”
Our strategy is clear, we will operate as one but in two very distinctive areas;
Woop is our professional services hub which offers Commercial and Retail insurance solutions, claims management, consultancy and legal services proposition.
Vint-tro is our lifestyle brand that offers specialist insurance, experiences through our events program such as road trips, online products and professional solutions including vehicle transportation and storage.
